Find Daniel

  • blue robe
  • red sash
  • white head wrap

Drag to look around

Chapter I

Every scene is a whole world.

No photos, no clip art. Every picture is drawn for the game, and every one of them is packed to the edges.

Jonah's scene: a deep blue sea full of whales, each one carrying a tiny world inside, with the checklist on the right

Forty-two hand-packed scenes

Two for every story. Noah's ark fills with animals two by two. Jonah prays inside a whale while a whole fleet of whales swims past. The walls of Jericho come down brick by brick. Pinch, drag and zoom; the little map in the corner shows where you are.

The hero card for David: three stars, the time it took, a short story and a King James verse

The hero is never alone

Lookalikes wear the same colors and carry the same things. The hero's card gives you three clues, and you'll need all three. Find him and the card opens with a short telling of the story and its verse, from the King James Bible.

The Sermon on the Mount: a flowery meadow full of families, birds and butterflies

Stars, badges and a sticker album

Three stars for a quick find. A gold badge for clearing a whole checklist. Every hero you find goes in the sticker album, every verse goes on a card, and every chapter you finish unlocks the next one. Three difficulty levels, and up to three hints when you're stuck.

A few questions

How hard is it?

You pick from three difficulty levels, and you can ask for up to three hints in any scene. Little ones do well hunting for the animals on the checklist while older kids go after the hero.

How long does it take?

There are 42 scenes with about 15 things to find in each, so it lasts a good many evenings. Clearing every checklist for the gold badges takes longer still.

Which Bible is it?

The King James Version. Each hero's card shows a verse from the story, and every verse you unlock is kept on a card you can read again.

Does it need the internet?

No. Once it's on your device it works anywhere: car rides, flights, the back pew.
